What we collect

Order data: name, delivery address, email address, telephone number.

Tax invoice data, where you request one: company name, tax identification number, registered address.

Payment data: the transfer slip you send us as proof of payment, which may show your account name and part of your account number. We neither receive nor store payment card details.

Enquiry data: whatever you submit through our contact or quotation forms.

Technical data: IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit.

Purposes and lawful bases

Processing and delivering your order — performance of a contract.

Issuing tax invoices and keeping accounting records — legal obligation.

Responding to enquiries and quotation requests — performance of a contract, and legitimate interest.

Marketing emails and newsletters — consent.

Website analytics and advertising measurement — consent.

Cookies and tracking

We use the cookies necessary to make the site and the basket work, and, with your consent, Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used, and advertising cookies for Google Ads to measure how our advertising performs.

Analytics cookies are not set until you consent to them. Advertising cookies require a separate consent, which you have to give yourself before they are used.

You can accept or reject non-necessary cookies through the banner shown on your first visit, and change that choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link at the foot of every page.

Who we share data with

Delivery couriers, so that your order can be delivered; Google, for the analytics and advertising purposes above; our auditors and government authorities, so far as the law requires.

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Order and tax records: 10 years, as required by Thai accounting and tax law.

Enquiry records: 3 years.

Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.

Analytics data: 14 months.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 you have the right to access, correct and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, please email info@iac-acoustics.co.th. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your request, you have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.

Security

We use encrypted connections and restrict access to personal data to the staff who need it. Payment is made through your own bank; this website neither receives nor stores payment card details or bank login credentials.
