Acceptance of these terms

By placing an order through this website you accept these terms. Please read them before ordering. We may update them at any time; the version in force is the one published at the time you place your order.

Products and prices

All prices are shown in Thai Baht, including VAT at 7%, with the price excluding VAT shown alongside.

Product images are for illustration. Colour and surface appearance may vary slightly between production batches.

Minimum order quantities

Mass loaded vinyl (BB830, BB830FR and BB830LF) is sold online in whole 5 m² rolls only. We do not cut material to size through this website. If you need cut-to-size material, please request a quotation.

Accessories are sold from one unit. An order consisting only of accessories is subject to a minimum order value of ฿1,000 excluding VAT.

Orders above ฿50,000

An order with a value above ฿50,000 excluding VAT cannot be paid for through the online checkout. Please submit a quotation request and our sales team will come back to you with a project quotation.

Acceptance of your order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email. If a product is unavailable or a price has been shown in error, we reserve the right to decline the order and will refund you in full.

Payment

The payment methods we offer are shown at checkout. At present that is bank transfer to the company bank account, and the account details are shown on the checkout page once you have placed your order.

Please put the order reference in the transfer note, so that we can match your payment to your order.

Payment is not confirmed automatically. Nothing on this website confirms that we have received your money. We check the account and come back to you to confirm the order.

We dispatch once we have confirmed your payment, within 1 working day of payment being received, subject to stock, as set out in our delivery policy.

The goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.

Tax invoice

We issue a full tax invoice (ใบกำกับภาษี) on request. Please select the tax invoice option at checkout and give your company name, tax identification number and registered address. A request made after the goods have been dispatched may not be possible to fulfil.

The document you can print at checkout is a payment advice (ใบแจ้งชำระเงิน), not a tax invoice. The full tax invoice is issued by our office after payment has been received.

Warranty

We warrant our products against defects in material and manufacture for 12 months from the date of delivery.

Our liability under this warranty is limited to replacing the defective material, up to the tax invoice value of the material supplied. We are not liable for the cost of removal, reinstallation or labour, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

This warranty does not cover: damage caused by incorrect installation, storage or handling; acoustic performance, which depends on the complete construction and on the quality of installation; normal variation in colour and surface appearance; or material that has been altered or cut other than by us.

Acoustic performance

Laboratory test data is provided for guidance only. The performance actually achieved in a building depends on the complete construction, on the sealing of every junction and penetration, and on the quality of installation. We do not guarantee any specific acoustic result unless it is stated in a project agreement signed by us.

Limitation of liability, and governing law

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability is limited to the tax invoice value of the order concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the Thai courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
