Where we deliver

We deliver within Thailand only. We cannot ship internationally through this website. For enquiries from outside Thailand, please contact info@iac-acoustics.co.th.

Delivery charges

Orders of ฿20,000 or more excluding VAT — free delivery nationwide.

Orders below ฿20,000 — delivery is calculated by weight and shown in your basket before payment.

Islands and remote areas — quoted separately. Where a surcharge applies we will contact you before dispatch, and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

Mass loaded vinyl is heavy, roughly 5 kg per square metre, so a 5 m² roll weighs about 25 kg. That is why delivery is charged by weight.

Delivery and collection times

If we deliver, you will typically receive your order within 3–5 working days of cleared payment, subject to stock.

We release goods from the warehouse within 1 working day of cleared payment. Transit is then 1–2 working days in Bangkok and the surrounding provinces, and 2–4 working days elsewhere in Thailand.

If you collect, the goods are ready within 1 working day of cleared payment — see Collection from our warehouse below.

Stock status is shown on each product page. Where an item is not in stock, the lead time shown on that product page applies.

Collection from our warehouse

You can choose to collect your order at checkout, with no delivery charge. This is the fastest route and suits urgent work.

Goods are ready to collect within 1 working day of confirmed payment.

Collection is by appointment only. Please book through our LINE Official Account, or call 02 101 2827 (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00).

We will send you the warehouse address and your time slot once the appointment is confirmed. The warehouse is not a shop and cannot accept callers without an appointment.

Please quote your order number on arrival, and bring a suitable vehicle. A 5 m² roll weighs about 25 kg and may need two people to lift.

Orders marked for collection are not delivered. If you later ask us to deliver, the delivery charge above applies.

Couriers

We deliver using Flash Express, Kerry Express and J&T Express, and our own vehicle for deliveries within Bangkok. We email a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Receiving your delivery

Please arrange for someone to receive the goods. Rolls are heavy and may need two people to handle.

Delivery is to ground level at the front of the building only. Couriers do not carry goods into buildings or up to a higher floor.

Installation

Prices exclude installation, and we do not offer installation through the online shop. For supply-and-install work, please request a quotation.
